By networking with marginalized communities, we source qualified candidates who are ready to contribute to your company's success.

Train

Our training programs are designed to ensure a seamless transition for both the candidates and your team. We provide basic training in communication and capacity building, followed by functional training tailored to your processes and products. Any additional challenges identified are addressed through customized training solutions.

Assist

To ensure long-term success, we offer a comprehensive Success Enablement Plan, including a three-month experiential journey. This involves hands-on support for both candidates and their team leaders or managers. We regularly review progress, identify challenges, and provide remedial sessions, either in groups or one-on-one, to ensure everyone is set up for success.

Resource
