Join our Barista Training Programme in Dwarka, Delhi—designed especially for Persons with Disabilities (17+ years). Learn everything from espresso-making and latte art to customer service and POS systems.
In India, many individuals with disabilities or from marginalized backgrounds face overwhelming barriers when trying to access quality education and employment. Without the right skills and support, they are often denied dignity, income, and purpose.
LT Foundation is a Section 8 nonprofit that exists to bridge the gap between underserved communities and sustainable employment. Through our inclusive vocational training programs—beginning with the Barista Training Programme—we are opening doors for persons with disabilities (PwDs), youth, and women to thrive in professional environments.
Our model is unique because we believe in shared learning. Persons with and without disabilities train side-by-side, building mutual respect and shared capability. We also work closely with employers to ensure job-ready training and market connectivity.
Whether you’re a potential trainee or a sponsor who wants to make a difference, we invite you to be a part of this transformation.
We empower those who are vulnerable, marginalized, or disadvantaged with training, competency-building, and opportunity to connect with the corporate sector, and help them attain dignity and independence by providing quality products and services for our clients.
