If the dispute is not resolved in the aforesaid manner, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India.

The language to be used in the arbitration shall be English and all the pleadings and proceedings and the award in the arbitration shall be in English.

If any provision of this Policy is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect.
