Yes, you can get a job even if one is a PwD. With the right skills and capabilities you can secure a work opportunity.
You do not need any special experience as a candidate with disabilities. You can be a Fresher or with any specific functional experience from your precious job/work.
We provide candidates with disabilities specific training and mentoring support before their interview. We help candidates to write their resumes professionally, highlighting their capabilities. Candidates are coached through the pre-interview, interview prep and post placement phases during the initial 3 months of successful placement.
The job application is filled in by the candidates on our fully accessible website in the “Workplace Inclusion, For Persons with Disabilities” section. We work closely with the organisation to understand their hiring process and bring any support that is needed, like sign language interpretation or as necessary.
We maintain the transparency of disability disclosure at the onset. When the candidates share their profile, there are questions to determine their type of disability and its degree, also on the other hand, when taking the job role opening from the employer we seek its openness to what type of disability the candidates can apply.
